CORE

The FNR CORE programme, a multi-annual programme with a yearly call and a budget of approximately 25 million EUR/year, was introduced in order to support research projects in the priority domains that were defined during a large Foresight exercise carried out by the FNR in 2007. The substantial funds in this programme allow the hiring of postdoctoral researchers for a follow-up project in the priority domains of the Luxembourg research institutions.
