On the 7th-8th of December Doctoral School in Science and Engineering will be holding the PhD Days 2017 at the Belval Campus. The PhD Days is a showcase of the excellent biomedical and life science research being carried out by the PhD candidates of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It is a great opportunity for doctoral candidates to learn about what else is going on within the several research institutions involved, and also to present their research to a friendly audience.
The PhD Days 2017 will take place on the 7th-8th of December at the Maison du Savoir, MSA Auditorium 3.540. It will run from 8.30am to 5pm both days and will be followed by a social event on the first day (7th).

Additionally, the event includes selected talks from invited speakers that you might want to check out at http://phddays.com.

To make sure that this year’s PhD Days will be a success for everyone, please take 1 min to register at http://phddays.com and also submit an abstract if you want to present your work either in the form of a talk or a poster! Remember that for PhD candidates enrolled at the Doctoral School, two contributions to the PhD Days is mandatory.

There will be Excellent Talk awards for the 3 best talks of PhD candidates enrolled at the University of Luxembourg, to be spent on your project.
Also the Excellent Talk award can be granted to non-UNI.LU PhD candidates in the form of a certificate.

Needless to say, you will be provided with free meals, drinks and snacks throughout the event.

Registration, abstract submission and event information can all be found here: http://phddays.com
Additionally, if there are any questions we can be contacted at contact@phddays.com.
