DESCRIPTION (subject, expectations, comments):

The competition may be joined by  those who meet the conditions of the Act from 20.07.2018 specified in the Law on Higher Education (Dz.U. poz. 1668 z późn. zm).

 

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:

- have a minimum professional title of Master of Nursing or Master of Nursing with professional specialization;

- have the right to practice as a nurse;

- have a minimum 5-year work experience in a therapeutic entity consistent with the subject of teaching;

- have experience in conducting practical education for students of Nursing (practical classes and / or apprenticeships);

- be able to conduct practical classes in the subject of "Basic Health Care" for second-year undergraduate students in the field of "Nursing" in the summer semester of the 2019/2020 academic year on the premises of the medical entity with which the University has signed a cooperation agreement confirmed by the consent of the Director of the medical entity . The therapeutic entity in which practical classes will be carried out should be located at a distance of up to 100 km from the headquarters of the University and accredited by the Minister of Health and / or the Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001: 2008;

- be able to employ full-time as a primary place of work;

- be fluent in Polish.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Application form to the Rector of The State School of Higher Education in Chełm.

2. Professional resume.

3. Personal questionnaire.

4. Copy of the university graduation diplomas (copies or Xerox copies certified as true copy).

5. Candidate’s written consent on full time employment in The State School of Higher Education in Chełm as main place of work.

6. Statement of fulfillment of requirements of the article 113, Act from 20.07.2018 specified in the Law on Higher Education (Dz.U. poz. 1668 z późn. zm).

7. A statement that the candidate consents to the processing of personal data for the needs necessary to carry out the recruitment process, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation / RODO).

Based on Article. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) (Dz. U. UE. L. z 2016 r. Nr 119, str. 1 z późn. zm.), hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform that:

1. The administrator of personal data being a part of the recruitment process is the State School Higher Education in Chełm with headquarters in ul. 54 Pocztowa Street, 22-100 Chełm, e-mail: rektorat@ pwszchelm.edu.pl , phone number (82) 565 88 95.

2. At the State School Higher Education in Chełm, there is a Data Protection Supervisor, supervising the correctness of personal data processing, which can be contacted via e-mail: iod@pwszchelm.edu.pl, telephone number. 665 170 003 or at the address Data Protection Supervisor . 54 Pocztowa, 22-100 Chełm.

3. A person entering the recruitment is required to provide data in the scope resulting from art. 221 of the Labor Code and special provisions regarding employment in a given position. Providing data to a wider extent than results from the provisions is voluntary. The basis for data processing are the law and consent, in relation to data that goes beyond the area resulting from the provisions.

4. The data will not be disclosed to external entities, except in cases provided for by law or in the event that the University entrusts third parties with the processing of such data. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

5. The data will be processed during the recruitment period, and in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, until any objection is made or the consent is withdrawn, and after that time for archival purposes as well as for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law to secure any claims.

6. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

7. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

8. Submitting a request to delete data or withdrawing consent to data processing

during the recruitment process is tantamount to resignation from participation in the recruitment process conducted by the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection for unlawful processing of personal data.

10. Personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making or profiling.

11. Detailed rights of a person as well as definitions of individual terms related to the protection of personal data are specified in the RODO.

Documents should be submitted till 21-02-2020 in the State School of Higher Education Office 22-100 Chełm, 54 Pocztowa Street, room 112,  between  8.00 a.m. – 3 p.m. The date of receiving the documents by the States School of Higher Education in Chełm is crucial.

The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “contest for the position of “Instructor - health sciences 2”

The competition will be decided on 25-02-2020.

Planned date of employment: 26-02-2020.
