Required documents:

1. An application to participate in the contest including the following clause: “I hereby agree for processing my personal data, included in my job offer, for the purpose of recruitment (as defined in the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000)”.

2. A curriculum vitae and a personal application form.

3. Copies of certificates of relevant qualification.

4. A brief description of artistic and didactic achievements for the period from January

1st 2019 until March 18th 2021;

5. in case of candidates employed in the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice – description of organisational achievements for the period from January 1st 2019 until March 18th 2021;

How to apply:

The documents should be submitted to the Information Point, 33 Wojewódzka Street , 40-025 Katowice, Poland to April 29th 2021. The documents should be delivered either in person or by post (date as postmark will be crucial).
