Graduate Teaching Assistant (Diploma/Master)

Job Duties:

• Complete a sociological dissertation in one of the department’s research fields (https://www.jku.at/institut-fuer-soziologie/forschung/abteilung-fuer-wirtschafts-und-organisationssoziologie/)

• Actively take part in research and teaching
• Actively and independently take part in academic administration

Your Qualifications:

• The successful candidates must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in sociology or comparable studies in social sciences
• Specialization in Economic, Organisational and/or Sociology of Work and Employment
• Strong command of German and English (German level C2, English level C1)

• On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,971.50 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
