In addition to the general requirements according to public services law, applicants must meet the recruitment requirements stipulated in § 58  of the Hochschulgesetz of Rhineland-Palatinate:

• A successfully completed scientific university degree, preferably in the field of Psychology
• A relevant and doctorate in psychology (preferably summa cum laude)
• Post-graduation full-time work experience of at least 2.5 years
• Proven experience in successful publishing at an international level
• Experience with Open Science
• Experience in the competitive acquisition of third-party funding is desirable
• Excellent statistical knowledge, especially in mathematical modeling of cognitive processes
• very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
